Our People & Culture Director possesses decade-plus' experience within global People (HR) domains across the EMEA & APAC Regions, covering talent acquisition & management, training & development as well as people & performance management.
This has given her valuable insights into the global workforce and knowledge of key ingredients required to make a successful career as well as the lasting negative impact of misaligned career choices. She is a strong advocate of the Career Compass programme to ensure ideal career alignment early-on and is actively involved in our Studysmart programmes as the Lead Training Facilitator, to ensure effective long-term, learning and retention skills
